WHEN YOU "WEAR THE MISSION", YOU FULFILL THE GREAT COMMISSION!

Shortly after the logo for Second Coming Clothing Co., a Christian clothing company selling Christian t-shirts and embroidered Christian apparel was created in October 2004, I was asked by a family member why didn't I choose a traditional cross inside the logo. At the time I was a very young Christian believer and my response even surprised me. It was as if the Holy Spirit jumped out of me with fervency and great boldness. In replying to their question, I stated in one continuous breath, "The Lord is telling me that NOW is the Time to Pick Up "THE CROSS" and go on a Spiritual Crusade in Revival and Salvation to Win Back the Lost Hearts and Wayward Souls for The Kingdom of God." Surprised by the accuracy of my statement, little did I know that my response that night in October was the Holy Spirit's way of laying the foundation for this campaign that kicked off in June 2005.

As the Lord prepares us to launch His web-site, we at Second Coming Clothing Co. welcome each of you to honor Our Lord in fulfilling "The Great Commission." By wearing our clothes, you can joyfully display your Christian Faith as you "Wear the Mission" to spread Our Saviors' message of Hope, Love and Victory to the Lost Disciples around the world. This display of your faith will certainly afford you the opportunity to witness to others as softly yet openly as you desire. If you're like me, the Lord recently convicted me of submitting to idolatry in so many aspects of my life, including honoring athletes, rock groups, and movie stars through the wearing of clothes and other merchandise saluting their greatness. The Lord gave me the direct center scripture in the Bible to convict me in Psalm 118:8, "It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man." Then He spoke into me and said "Rick, now that I have shown you your idolatrous ways in lieu of trusting me, you know that there is 'Nothing BUT Christ'." In wearing our clothes you can honor Christ while witnessing to non-believers which makes you doubly blessed while storing treasures in heaven. Amen!!!

The second greatest part of "Wearing the Mission" is that your purchase(es) will support the Underprivileged around the World. The Lord commands us to feed and clothe His Children. This vision of Second Coming Clothing Co. was given to me by the Lord in October 2004 and it is our prayer that we continue to be faithful to the calling. This vision was predicated upon us donating One Hundred Percent (100%) of all the NET PROFITS from the sale of Second Coming Clothing Co. clothes for humanitarian purposes in feeding and clothing the poor worldwide. These profits will be donatd to The Lord's Calling Ministries Corporation which is founded by Frederic P. Wade and is a Florida Non-Profit Corporation.

One of my favorite books of the Bible is The Book of Acts because it truly displayed how the Lord intended for us to live in communion with each other so that no one was without or in need of anything. The rich sold everything in order to distribute goods to any believer in need. These early believers had just seen Jesus Christ crucified, resurrected and ascended while they received the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. Their Boldness to spread the Great News about Jesus should be compelling enough to motivate us to Pick Up The Cross and do the same for "The Christ" who bore all for our Salvation and Redemption.

Christ is preparing His final army to assist Him in waging war against and defeating Satan. Donating the Net Profits is our way of being obedient to His call in "Feeding His Sheep." The Corporate Books of both Corporations will be available for yearly review to disclose our donations to the public. Our hearts and our profits are 100% Our Lord's and we cherish the thought of you discovering what He has known before the Foundations of the Earth were Created by Him. As the Apostle Paul said "I count it as pure joy to be in bondage to Christ."

Taken from Oswald Chambers "My Utmost For His Highest" June 7th Titled "The Greatest Source of Power", "Is Jesus Christ more and more dominating every interest of my life? If the central point or the most powerful influence of my life is the atonement of the Lord, then every aspect of my life will bear fruit for Him?What is the greatest source of power in my life? Is it my work, service, and sacrifice for others, or is it my striving to work for God? It should be none of these-what ought to exert the greatest power in my life is the atonement of the Lord. It is not on what we spend the greatest amount of time that molds us the most, but whatever exerts the most power over us. We must make a determination to limit and concentrate our desires and interests on the atonement by the Cross of Christ... Whatever you ask in my name, that I will do... The disciple who abides in Jesus IS the Will of God, and what appears to be his free choice are actually God's foreordained decrees. Is this mysterious? Does it appear to contradict sound logic or seem totally absurd? Yes, but what a glorious truth it is to a saint of God."

We at Second Coming Clothing Co. live for one reward by storing our treasure in Heaven. By acknowledging that we are all sinners and thus beneficiaries of our Lord's Grace we look forward to donating back to those less fortunate than us throughout the World. "The wealth of the sinner shall be stored up for the just." (Proverbs 13:22) I pray that when I meet My Lord He will look at me and say, "You have Fought the Good Fight and Finished the Race Strong, Job Well Done My Good and Faithful Servant." I pray that you join us at Second Coming Clothing Co. on our Spiritual Crusade to WIN BACK THE LOST HEARTS & WAYWARD SOULS FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD as you proudly "WEAR THE MISSION" in honoring "THE GREAT COMMISSION" to "GO BOLDLY AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL MEN."

Why Wear The Mission? Why not. Rather than buying t-shirts supporting your favorite team or band, why not buy yourself or someone else dear to you Christian gifts consisting of Christian clothing like Christian t-shirts or embroidered Christian apparel that point everyone to the most anticipated event in future history, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Be out in front of the pack as you witness boldly about the imminent return of our Lord. Honor God for His making us righteous by His death on the cross for us. For Christ himself said, "If you deny me in front of the world, I will deny you in front of My Father."

It is our honor to be in the Lord's service and to be counted as one of His chosen, "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praise of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."
